How is Posterior Capsular Opacification diagnosed

PCO is diagnosed by examining your eye at the slit lamp (ophthalmic microscope). 

Your eyes need to be dilated for this examination and therefore it is preferable for you not to drive until the drops have worn off which takes around 2-4 hours.
